I have an experience of 10 years on Call Centre, IVR and Speech projects. I have completed 20+ enterprise level projects successfully as project manager, product manager and manager. Some of the projects are in the implementation phase at the moment. I am specialized on designing right IVR and speech solutions for call centres using my technical abilities, industry experience and appropriate IT products. I also place comments to my clients on how to run their call centre operations much more effectively and consult them in technical and business aspects.
