We aimed to help Garanti’s customers perform their banking transactions quickly and in a way that makes their life easier.
What we did?
We integrated a technology like Apple’s voice assistant, Siri. One of the key features of Siri is that it can communicate information verbally. We have developed an application suitable for the banking sector.
What is the result?
MIA answers more than 2 million questions coming from over 350 thousand people and it is increasing its capacity further to answer a greater number of questions. Customers can complete their banking transactions much more quickly by talking only to their phones. Garanti Bank was awarded the first Mobile Voice Assistant Project in Europe.
