Engin Bıçakçı started his career at Turkey’s biggest Internet Service Provider in 2000 and worked as a software developer for 7 years in the call centre industry. He joined Procat in 2007 and worked as a technical consultant on various projects such as reporting, dashboards, IVR development, Predictive Dialer System implementation using his skills of system integration and software development. After being assigned to the role of Product and Professional Services Manager in 2014 he focused on digital conversion projects in the call centre industry as well as the management of the professional services team and expanding the product family. Currently, he has the role of Chief Technology Officer.
